Has your computer defaulted to the dreaded "Blue Screen Of Death" (BSOD)? Maybe it keeps crashing or is running tediously slowly? If your computer has you pulling your hair out then come to us, we CanDo the frustrating troubleshooting for you (plus Martin has already lost his hair!)

Diagnostics are normally performed within 24 hours and we will then discuss any repairs needed with you. A diagnostic fee of £15 pounds is required, however in the event of successful repairs this fee is usually waived.

There are some known problems for which we charge a fixed fee plus, if we find any minor problems while we are there then we usually fix them for free!
